Exchange & Return Policy

You may request an exchange only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is of proper quality, has not been worn, washed, or used, and has no odors or signs of use. All original tags and labels must be intact.

  • No more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase (based on the pickup date from Nova Poshta).

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • The "Return Delivery" field must remain empty when sending the package.

  • Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive and collect the return from Nova Poshta.

  • Once shipped, please send the tracking number to our manager.

  • If any of these conditions are violated, we will not be able to accept the return or process an exchange.


Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or promotional items (please note: slight shade variations are possible)

  • Discounted items

  • Items damaged or altered after purchase

  • Items with tampered or broken seals or warranty stickers

  • Items with signs of use, odor, or washing

  • Items without packaging or with damaged/used packaging

  • Items made to order or custom-imported

  • Swimwear
