Exchange & Return Policy
You may request an exchange only if the following conditions are met:

The item is of proper quality, has not been worn, washed, or used, and has no odors or signs of use. All original tags and labels must be intact.

No more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase (based on the pickup date from Nova Poshta).

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

The "Return Delivery" field must remain empty when sending the package.

Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive and collect the return from Nova Poshta.

Once shipped, please send the tracking number to our manager.

If any of these conditions are violated, we will not be able to accept the return or process an exchange.

Items damaged or altered after purchase

Items with tampered or broken seals or warranty stickers
