Returns & Exchanges According to Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law
If you receive the correct item that matches your order and is free of defects, but it does not meet your expectations (e.g., size, color, shape, or style), you have the right to return it. However, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs, both for delivery and return, as stated in the shipping invoice.
All shipping costs within Ukraine for returns are paid by the buyer.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (No. 3161-IV dated 01.12.2005), when a customer refuses a product, the seller must refund the amount paid excluding the shipping costs, within ten days of the customer’s request.
Return Eligibility Conditions (Article 9):
You can return or exchange goods within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The item retains original appearance and packaging, with no signs of use or odor

No mechanical damage

No evidence of opening or tampering

No attempted repairs

Security seals and warranty stickers are intact

Serial number on the product matches that on the warranty card
If the product delivered is not what you ordered, it can be returned or exchanged at no cost, as long as it is in original packaging and properly stored.

Items with discounted prices

Items assembled or damaged after purchase

Items with broken seals or warranty stickers

Items without packaging, or with damaged or used packaging

Swimwear
-
Items custom-made or imported by special order
