We have two payment methods:

• Cash on delivery. Payment at the post office after inspecting the goods (with a prepayment of 300 UAH)
• Payment by card. This method is more profitable as you save on Nova Poshta's commission for refunding money

We produce all our clothes ourselves.

That is why we offer the following guarantees:
 

• exchange of goods for another size / color / model if something does not fit
• exchange if the goods are defective
• refund of money without unnecessary questions within 14 days after purchase
• underwear and swimwear are not subject to exchange or return, the goods must be without traces of use and odor
